Welcome to PowerSchool Parent Access. This portal allows parents to keep current with their child's progress by viewing grades online. Please request your child's Web ID and Access password after viewing this video. You will need this information to set up your account. The District Code is PJQM
This short video clip will help to explain how to set up a parent access account to view your student's grades and assignments on PowerSchool.

If you need to add a child to an existing account, please see the document How to Add a Student to an Existing Account.

Grades PK3 - 8th will use Parent Access to select communication methods (Phone, SMS texting and Email) and edit contact information in Alert Solutions via Parent Access.  Please note that in many cases Resurrection-St. Paul School only communicates by email so email should always be selected.  Alert Solutions is integrated with the existing PowerSchool Parent Portal.  If you log-on to the Parent Portal you will now see a link called “Alert Solutions 2”.  You will be able to see all the contact information our school has listed for you. Within this section of the Parent Portal, you will also be able to choose your communication preferences based on message category, such as School Closures or Attendance, and message type (email, voice and/or text message).   If you had in the past or currently have a Parent Access account please view this 2 page PDF file about Alert Solutions.

3rd-8th grade parents can view all your children’s grades through Parent Access. Teachers would like to remind parents that they should look at more than the subject area averages shown in the Quick Look-Up section.   Click on the “grade average” to review all graded assignments as well as effort and conduct grades.  Although effort and conduct do not affect the grade average, they do impact Honor Roll eligibility.  It is best to catch early in the trimester any problems with homework completion or class participation since they will be calculated in the effort grade.
