Applications

Applications can be obtained by attending an Open House or contacting the school office 410-461-9111 ext. 241 or email Valerie Bateman to have one mailed to you.

To register, please submit the following:

1. An application.
2. A copy of child's Birth Certificate.
3. A copy of child's Baptismal Certificate, if applicable.
4. A copy of child's current report card and standardized test scores if the child is entering grades 1-8.
5. Application fee of $100. Application fee is per child and is non-refundable.
